ABOUT THE WORKSHOP SESSIONS:

The Diversity Summit offers workshop sessions that present research-based findings related to “best practices on diversity and inclusion”, as well as interactive sessions to help build the skills of leaders in our community and theoretical perspectives, and their practical applications that provide educational experiences to the attendees.

The day-long conference will include lectures, panel presentations, hands-on workshops, and roundtable discussions focusing on topics including but not limited to: understanding that inclusiveness and diversity should be valued in all industries, enhancing cultural competence in the workplace, making schools safe for all students, increasing understanding of specific diversities, the intersection of identities, cultural differences in world views.  All sessions are 90 minutes in length.
